Why supplement brands launch an app
Supplements are a part of your customer's routine. Your brand should be too. A mobile app makes you the default place they go to reorder or try something new.
You know when a one-month supply runs out. A push as it gets low, with a tap straight to reorder, brings the next order to you before they think of buying on Amazon.
Your customers stock up when the price is right. Send flash sales, new flavors and app-only codes straight to the lock screen, and the customers who installed your app are first in line.
Your subscribers often cancel because the cupboard is full or a renewal caught them by surprise. With the subscription portal a tap away in your app, and a heads-up before each renewal, they skip, delay or swap flavors instead.
Your customers reorder what they understand. The guides, protocols and stack builders on your site work in the app too, and push brings people back to them, from a new training plan to the right time to take creatine.

Built on your store
Your subscription portal, product quiz, bundles, rewards and the science behind every formula took real work to get right. MobiLoud builds your app on your live store, so customers get all of it in the app from the day it launches.
Subscription options on every product page, with your discounts, delivery frequencies and flavors.
Customers skip, delay, swap flavors or change frequency in your Recharge, Skio or Stay AI portal, right in the app.
Quizzes from tools like Octane AI or RevenueHunt recommend the right product or stack, with the same results as on your site.
Supplement facts panels, ingredient details, third-party testing badges and the disclaimers your products need, just as they appear on your site.
Build-your-own stacks, bundles and add-on offers from tools like Rebuy, working in the app from day one.
Star ratings, reviews and customer photos from Okendo, Yotpo or Judge.me on every product page.
Points, subscriber perks and refer-a-friend offers from Smile.io, LoyaltyLion or Yotpo, with customers signed in between orders.
How-to guides, training plans and the research behind your formulas, published on your site and ready in the app.

Getting live
We do the building, testing and store submissions. Your team joins a kickoff call, shares brand assets and signs off before launch.
Week 1
A kickoff call to agree on the app's setup, your launch plan and the offers to feature, then access to your store and developer accounts.
Weeks 1 to 2
We build the app on your live store and check your subscription portal, quiz, rewards and checkout inside it. A working preview is ready by week two.
Weeks 1-2
We match the design to your brand, connect push notifications and analytics (GA4 and Firebase), then test on iOS and Android before you approve it.
Weeks 2 to 4
We submit both apps under your developer accounts and manage the reviews, which typically take one to two weeks. Then we start your install plan with you.
We can deliver everything your legal, security and finance teams will ask for:

Book a callSupplement brands use push to remind customers when their supply is getting low, announce flash sales and new flavors, give subscribers a heads-up before a renewal, share new guides and protocols, and recover abandoned carts. Each notification can include an image and open the exact product, offer or article. You send them from your own OneSignal account, or from Klaviyo on the Enterprise plan, and our team helps you set up your first campaigns.
Yes. Your subscription app is part of your store, so Recharge, Skio, Stay AI, Smartrr, Loop or a custom setup works in the app exactly as it does on your site. Customers can subscribe, skip, delay, swap flavors and change frequency without leaving the app, and they stay signed in between orders.
Yes. Quizzes from tools like Octane AI, RevenueHunt or Typeform work in the app just as they do on your site, including the product or stack they recommend at the end. The same goes for supplement facts panels, lab testing badges and the disclaimers on your product pages.
Yes. App-only codes, subscriber-only products, early access to new flavors and bonus rewards points are all set up on your store, like any other offer. MobiLoud also gives your web team a small JavaScript library that detects the app, so anything on your site can be shown, hidden or changed for app users only.
Yes. If your site serves different countries, currencies or languages, the app does too, and one app can cover several markets with a menu and push for each, as part of the Enterprise plan. Modere, a health and wellness brand, launched one app for 10 markets in 7 languages in 4 weeks.
Yes. It's a native iOS and Android app that customers download from the App Store and Google Play, published under your own developer accounts. MobiLoud builds it on your live store and adds the native parts: tab bar and navigation, push notifications, persistent login, social sign-in and deep links. We've published more than 2,000 apps since 2013.
Yes, for customers who have the app. We set up universal links on iOS and app links on Android, so a link in an email or text message, such as a subscription reminder, opens the right page in the app, and customers without the app see your mobile site. Your web team adds two small setup files, which we provide.
Shopify, Shopify Plus, Magento and Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Shopware, PrestaShop and custom platforms, including stores that use WooCommerce Subscriptions for recurring orders.
About 2 to 4 weeks from kickoff. Setup, the build, testing and your sign-off take one to two weeks, and Apple and Google usually review the app in one to two. If a product launch is coming, we'll plan the release around it.
Start with your regular customers and subscribers, who already buy every month. We help you plan the launch, from a banner on your mobile site and an email to your list to social posts and QR codes on packaging and shipping inserts. An app-only perk, like bonus rewards points or first access to a new flavor, gives people a reason to install.
Business is $1,499 a month, or $1,274 a month billed annually, plus a one-time fee to build and publish the app, and covers up to 10,000 monthly active users. Enterprise is custom-priced. There's no revenue share on either plan, so what you pay doesn't grow with the revenue your app brings in.
Your brand owns it. Both apps are listed under your Apple Developer and Google Play Console accounts, and the listings, reviews, installs, analytics and customer data are yours to keep. The platform that builds the app stays MobiLoud's intellectual property, and if you ever switch, your listings and users stay with you.
