Mobile apps for SAP Commerce Cloud
Launch a branded mobile app on the storefront you have already built. Org units, contract pricing and approval workflows all carry over, with no re-implementation and no second roadmap.
2,000+ apps published since 2013

How it works
MobiLoud turns your existing SAP Commerce Cloud storefront into full featured native apps for iOS and Android. It's powered by your live storefront, so every extension, every B2B workflow and every customization works in your app as it does on the web.
No templates, and nothing re-implemented against the OCC API. The app loads the storefront you already run, so your Spartacus or Accelerator build, your extensions and your checkout come with it.
MobiLoud's team adds the native pieces: tab bar and navigation, push notifications, deep linking, social sign-in and UI tweaks, then ships your app as iOS and Android binaries.
Our team handles store review and submission, and the app goes live under your own Apple and Google accounts. Your team keeps working in Backoffice and SmartEdit exactly as it does now.
You get an app with all the features users expect from a native app: tab bar, navigation, gestures, push and login, all native, all built into the app. We've had 2,000+ apps published on the App Store and Google Play, and know what your app needs to look and perform at its best.
What carries over
Most app builders can't replicate what an SAP Commerce storefront does. They rebuild your catalogue against the OCC API, and the org units, approval workflows and contract pricing your implementation was built around are left behind.
MobiLoud is not most app builders. MobiLoud keeps everything from your storefront in the app, including the B2B behaviour that makes it yours.
Whether you run a composable Spartacus storefront or a customized Accelerator, the app renders whatever you serve. The front-end investment you have already made carries over unchanged.
The extensions in your build and the bespoke work your systems integrator delivered keep working, because they keep running on your storefront rather than being re-integrated.
Organizational units, cost centres, budgets, purchase limits, approval workflows and quotes behave in the app the way they behave on the web.
Customer-specific price lists, contract pricing, restricted catalogues and entitlement rules apply in the app exactly as configured, so each buyer sees their own assortment.
Pages, components and campaign content authored in SmartEdit are live in the app the moment they are live on the web, with no second set of slots.
Multiple base sites, catalogues, currencies and languages work in one app, and each can get its own menu, push notifications and onboarding.
Customers check out through your existing checkout, with your payment providers, tax engine, punchout flows and invoicing terms intact.
Everything integrated behind the storefront stays integrated. There is no second data path to build and no sync job to maintain.

The operating model
The real cost of a mobile app isn't the build: it's the operational tax of having to manage a separate platform. MobiLoud removes all of that. Your team works in Backoffice and SmartEdit, and we take care of the native side.

Continues working as you do today
Our team
Handles the native updates and technical maintenance
No second CMS. No second release cycle. No new headcount.
A new retention channel
An app unlocks a channel your website cannot. Push notifications land on the lock screen in seconds, with no promotions tab, no spam filter and no cost per send.
Run push notifications for reorder reminders, contract renewals, back-in-stock alerts, order and approval updates, new product launches and more, driving free engagement from your highest-intent accounts.

"The ability to have all the features in the app was what was different. MobiLoud was the only one that translated the full site with all the features that we found."
"Their turnkey approach ended up being so much better than what I had in mind. The team listens to our use case, they are incredibly professional, and there are no hidden fees or red tape."
MobiLoud vs the alternatives
Traditional app development methods aren't a great fit for an SAP Commerce storefront. They limit you to what an API can expose, or leave you with a codebase that costs far too much to maintain.

Getting live
We do the work. You bring the assets, and input where it's needed.
Week 1
Onboarding call to align on configuration and launch plan, plus access to your storefront and developer accounts.
Weeks 1 to 2
We build and configure the app on your live storefront, with tab menus and navigation rules. Every extension carries across, and you have a working preview in your hands by week two.
Weeks 1-2
Design and navigation tuned to your brand, push wired into your existing messaging platform, analytics into GA4 and Firebase. QA across iOS and Android, then final approval from you.
Weeks 2 to 4
Submitted to the App Store and Google Play under your developer accounts. We manage both store reviews, typically one to two weeks, then the launch playbook goes live.
We can deliver everything your legal, security and finance teams will ask for:
Have any more questions we didn't answer? Book a 30-minute call or send us a message to clear it all up.
Book a callYes. Organizational units, cost centres, budgets, purchase limits, approval workflows, quotes and saved carts all behave in the app the way they behave on your storefront. A logged-in buyer sees their own restricted catalogue and contract pricing, because your storefront is still the thing applying those rules.
Yes, and so will a customized Accelerator storefront. MobiLoud renders whatever front end you serve today, so the composable storefront your systems integrator delivered carries over unchanged, and a release you deploy is in the app without a separate app build.
No. There is no replatforming prerequisite. If you are still on an Accelerator build, the app works on that today, and when you migrate to Spartacus later the app points at the new storefront rather than being rebuilt, so you keep your listings, ratings and install base.
Yes. Customer-specific price lists, contract pricing, restricted catalogues and entitlement rules apply in the app exactly as configured, because the app renders the same storefront that already resolves them. There is nothing to duplicate and nothing to keep in sync.
No. Customers check out through your existing checkout, with your payment providers, tax engine, punchout flows and invoicing terms intact. No payment routing moves to a third party, and PCI scope is unchanged because the transaction still happens on your storefront.
Very little. We need storefront access and your developer accounts at kickoff, then input at design review and sign-off. There is no extension to write, no OCC surface to extend and no app QA gate on your release train. After launch your team keeps shipping to the storefront exactly as it does now.
Most SAP Commerce storefronts go live on the App Store and Google Play in 2 to 4 weeks from kickoff. That covers discovery and design in week one, build and testing in weeks one and two, followed by app store submission and review.
We go through enterprise procurement regularly. We provide a Data Processing Agreement and GDPR documentation, complete security questionnaires, supply insurance certificates on request, and work with custom contracts, redlines and invoice payment terms rather than card-only billing. Customer and order data stays in SAP Commerce, not on our servers.
You do. Apps are submitted under your own Apple Developer and Google Play Console accounts, so the listings, ratings, install base, analytics and customer data all belong to you. If you ever move on, the listings and the users stay with you.
We'll build a working preview from your live storefront for you to see. No commitment, no credit card, and nothing to install on your storefront.
